At this time we do not operate a brick and mortar store. We only offers
online orders and products on Ebay under the id: holisticsprings.

Holistic Springs is dedicated to provide high quality beauty supplies
at wholesale pricing for everybody. We can do this by:

How to place an order
Select merchandise from drop down list beside corresponding scent and
add to cart.
Cancellations of orders
Cancelations of orders need to
be made by email to make sure we get to know your request before
the parcel shipped.
Adding Products to an existing order
We can not add or change an order once it is placed and paid for.
Please make sure you review your order carefully before submiting.
Out of Stock items
If an item is out of stock, it can not be purchased, backordered, or
pre-ordered. We try our best to keep every item in stock at all times,
if an item is out of stock it will usually be back in stock within 1-2
weeks unless we have left other information on the item.
Sales and discounts
We do not extend sales or offer volume discounts at this time.
How can pay by mail:
If you do not feel comfortable to pay
online, you
can choose OFFLINE ORDER on the payment page and call in with your
credit card information or send a check or money order. Use the contact
form to request Main-In Payment Instructions.
You can pay by mail with a Money Order or Cashier Check
by writing you items on paper and enclosing the total amount plus $5.00
shipping & handling for your entire order. We don't have
an official mail order form at this time but we will be adding that
option in the very near future.
Why
we use Paypal Exclusively as our online payment processor
We use PayPal as our online payment processor because they
offer ideal security measures to protect customers that purchase our
goods online. If you do not currently have a Paypal account, you can
still pay with a credit card.
PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key
length of 128-bits (the strongest commercially available encryption).
All of the information that you provide to PayPal will reside on a
server that is heavily guarded both electronically and physically.
PayPal's servers are not directly connected to the Internet and sit
behind a secure electronic firewall, so your private information is
protected when transmitted to PayPal and is available only to
authorized PayPal computers.
The use of PayPal also keeps my costs down because they charge less per
transaction than most other payment processors. PayPal already has over
86 million registered accounts, with an average of 77,000 more added
everyday.
Once you have placed your order, you

Tracking Information
We will provide you with a delivery confirmation from USPS when you
order has shipped. At this time USPS Priority or First Class mail is
the only carrier we use.

At this time we only offer Domestic Shipping to the United States and
it's territories.
Shipping Services
At this time we ship exclusively through the USPS
Transit Times
Typical transit times can be found on www.usps.com. If for any reason your package gets
delayed, please contact the USPS directly. Once we shipped a package,
your order is in their posession and they are responsible for timely
and accurate delivery.
When will your order be shipped
We ship 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Most orders are
processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours after payment is
received. During holidays, post office holidays and company close
downs there will be a delay in shipping time.
Shipping & Handling Cost
Shipping cost is calculated at a flat rate to make shipping more
affordable for our
customers, we use USPS First Class or Priority Shipping. Your shipping
charges will be no more than $5.00 or LESS on your ENTIRE order!
Insurance and/or Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confimration is included with every order by Holistic
Springs. Insurance is optional and will be paid for by the buyer upon
request. A copy of the USPS Delivery Confirmation will be supplied via
email address you used to process your payment.
Can I return items I do not like
Due to the nature of bath & body products, we do not accept
returns. We cannot guarantee the purity once it has left our lab and
has been returned, thus it cannot be resold. Special care is taken to
ensure your products will arrive to you in excellent condition.
Damaged Items
Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 24
hours of receiving purchase so that we can help. If a return is needed
and is authorized by us, we will give you an RMA number to return the
item, only damaged items can be returned. Unauthorized returns
will be discarded and credits will
NOT be issued.
We respect

Holistic Springs collects personal information when you subscribe to
our SCENTUAL SEDUCTION NEWSLETTER or join our SCENT OF THE MONTH CLUB
or if you make a purchase. We do not sell, rent or share any personal
information about you with other people or except to provide products
or services you've requested. All information collected on this site
will be kept strictly confidential.
We use Paypal for payment processing and do not store Credit Card
information on our server and we do not keep them on file. Therefore,
if you reorder, you will be asked for your credit card information
again. Although some website do offer express checkout with keeping
your credit card information saved with your account, we chose to not
offer this option to give our customers the best protection and
security possible.
We may need to disclose user information in certain exceptional
circumstances. This may be needed to protect against illegal hackers,
to protect our legal rights or to address actual or threatened illegal
or harmful conduct. Disclosure may also be required by legal process,
such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order.
Holistic Springs, Inc. does not employ cookies. However, our credit
card and payment
processors may collect information from you in order to be able to
